That's what I'd do, too.

Re wash in hot water if the clothes can handle hot water. If that doesn't work, try rewashing again with a drop or two of dish detergent.

oxy usually works on everything for us. poor you. oh, i had a waxy stain on some cotton and someone told me to put rubbing alcohol on it? you'd probably have to do it piece by piece.

I accidently washed a diaper with Ella's clothes once. What a mess!!

I hope it all comes clean for you!!:hugs:

I've done this and used hot water and baking soda and rewashed it. I then ran it just on a rinse cycle as well and all was fine!

I'd try letting it dry then shaking it off. Then re-wash of course.

I would try taking everything out and shaking it off I dont think the gel will dissolve or go anywhere so washing may not do any good?

can you hang the stuff maybe when they dry it will be easier to shake most of it off then you can rewash to get the rest?

So I looked it up and the material safety data sheet (every hazardous chemical has one) says that its not water soluble. I'm not sure if what you're seeing on the clothes came out of one of these packages or something else in the wash. Anyway, the best advice I can give is to call the company that manufactures silica gel during office hours and ask them what to do. You might have to go through a few people to get an answer but its all I can think of.

I did the same thing!!! But I didn't just wash it, I dried it too....Needless to say, the dryer lint trap was crazy full :)

Haha, luckily I noticed it before it went to the dryer!
